Registered, compliant substances
We source only properly registered substances and pass compliance information down the supply chain, in line with EU Regulation 1907/2006.
Correct classification & labelling
Products are classified, labelled and packaged to CLP (Regulation 1272/2008), implementing the globally harmonised system of hazard pictograms and statements.
Safety Data Sheets on request
The 16-section Safety Data Sheet (veiligheidsinformatieblad) accompanies hazardous products to professional users. Ask and we send it.
Dangerous goods, handled right
Dangerous-goods shipments are classified, packaged and documented for road transport under the ADR agreement.
Papers travel with the goods
CLP labels, transport documents and certificates of analysis on request — the paperwork arrives with the product, not after.
Sourced and checked with care
We work to the principles behind ISO 9001 and Responsible Care: known suppliers, consistent specification, and traceable documentation on every order.
BNLX Handel B.V. references these standards and requirements as the framework we work within. We do not claim certifications or memberships we do not hold. Where a product is regulated — for example plant-protection products under Regulation 1107/2009 — we supply only within the applicable authorisations. We do not trade motor or heating fuels.
